Yes. Our talent pool is our main hiring source, and we reply to everyone.
How do you use AI at work?
Every day, in everything: code, copy, analysis. We use Claude Code, Cursor and our own agents. The rule is that AI helps you think — accountability stays with whoever signs off.
What happens to my data after I apply?
We keep your CV and contact details for up to 12 months, only for current and future hiring. You can request deletion at any time by writing to contato@maipro.app.br with the subject 'Exclusão de dados — candidatura'. Your CV is stored privately and is never reachable by a public link.
Are you a software house or an agency?
Both, on purpose. We build the software and run the agency that depends on it — that is what lets whoever builds see the effect the same day.
