2. Licence to Use
Permission is granted to temporarily use MAI's tools for personal or commercial business analysis. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under this licence you may not: decompile or reverse engineer the AI engine.

3. Nature of the Insights
MAI provides recommendations based on data and AI algorithms. Although the accuracy rate of the MAI Decision Score™ is high, final marketing investment decisions are entirely the user's responsibility.

4. Subscriptions and Cancellation
Access to advanced features depends on the plan subscribed to. Cancellations can be made at any time from the dashboard, keeping access until the end of the period already paid.
Important
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
