MAI Specialists
AI in the Hub. Specialists alongside your team.
When your agency needs help choosing, implementing or running a solution, a MAI specialist works alongside your team — without ever showing up to your client.

What is your agency’s problem today?
Find your sentence. Each card takes you straight to the service that solves it.
“I don’t know which solutions to offer each client.”
Many solutions, a client with a specific pain and nobody on the team with time to make the match.
Per-client implementationAgency margin consulting
“My team doesn’t know how to run AI.”
A new tool without a training track becomes an idle license.
MAI AcademyPer-client implementation
“My margin is being squeezed.”
Hourly pricing, one subscription per client and no view of profit per account.
Agency margin consulting
“I sold it and don’t know how to implement it.”
The sale arrived before the implementation process — and the clock is already running.
Per-client implementationOn-demand development
“I need to deliver more without hiring.”
The agency’s capacity is tied to the number of hours the team has.
White label executionPer-client implementation
“I want to sell AI, but I don’t know how to price it.”
Without a pricing model for licenses and recurrence, AI turns into a discount instead of revenue.

Services
What the specialists do for your agency.
Each service starts from the agency’s problem, not from our capabilities. Open a card to see deliverables, fit and timeline.
- 01Implementation
Per-client implementation
I sold the solution. Now I need it running for the client.
A MAI specialist sets up the Hub solutions for each of your agency’s clients and leaves your team ready to run them. The client keeps talking to you; the specialist works with your team, behind the scenes.
Deliverables and fit
What we deliver
- Map the client and recommend which Hub solutions come first
- Configure each solution with the client’s data, access and integrations
- Apply your agency’s brand where white label already exists
- Leave the client’s licenses organized in the Partner Environment
- Train whoever runs it day to day and document the step by step
Talk about this serviceRight fit
For agencies that have sold, or are about to sell, a Hub solution and want the client up and running without pulling the team off operations.
Not a fit
Not for anyone expecting MAI to take over the client relationship: the account stays with the agency.
- 02MAI Method
Agency margin consulting
The agency keeps adding clients and the margin does not follow.
The MAI Method applied to the agency’s own operation, across five axes: strategy, processes, measurement, enablement and opportunities. Not a workshop with a deck at the end: four phases, each with a deliverable, a duration, who takes part and what the agency provides.
The five axes of the MAI Method
- 01Strategythe agency’s positioning and offer
- 02Processesthe flow between account management and operations
- 03Measurementprofit per account served
- 04Enablementteam tracks by role
- 05Opportunitieswhat to license to each client
Phases, deliverables and fit
The four phases

- The agency’s value proposition, ideal client profile and offer per segment
- Who takes part
- Partners and account management leads
- What the agency provides
- Interviews with current clients and with the people who sell at the agency
Phase 3 · Margin plan
1–2 weeks- Deliverable
- 12-month roadmap with goals, KPIs, prices and owners
- Who takes part

Ongoing- Deliverable
- Margin-per-account panel and a decision log for every cycle
- Who takes part
- Biweekly with operations, monthly with the partners
- What the agency provides
- One person with decision authority and 1 hour every two weeks
What we deliver
- Measure the profit of each account served, not just its revenue

- Document the process that cuts rework between account management and operations
- Build the team’s training track by role
- Decide what the agency starts licensing, and to which clients
Talk about this serviceRight fit
For agencies that already have a client portfolio and revenue, but cannot tell which accounts make money and which drain the team.
Not a fit
Not for agencies that cannot open up their operating numbers: without revenue and hours per client, there is no margin reading.
- 03Execution
White label execution
I have sold more than my team can deliver.
A MAI squad delivers behind your agency’s brand: paid media, SEO, content, social, branding, websites, data, CRM and applied AI. The client receives the work under your brand; MAI does not talk to them and does not appear in what is delivered.
The nine tracks
Each track can be hired on its own, under your agency’s brand.
Paid Media & PerformanceAcquisitionGoogle, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn run on ROAS and CAC — not impressions.
Full-funnel structure from consideration to conversion, with budget reallocated by margin and profit, not CTR. Performance readings come from MAI PRO INSIGHTS, which crosses media cost with actual revenue from the client’s CRM — so optimization happens on the number that matters.
What the squad delivers
- Structure full-funnel campaigns by the client’s business objective
- Reallocate budget weekly by ROAS and CAC
- Produce and test performance creatives in a continuous cycle
- Deploy retail media and programmatic when volume justifies it
- Report CAC, ROAS and profit per campaign to your team
Right fit
For agencies whose clients have recurring media budgets and need profit readings, not reach reports.
Not a fit
Not for one-off campaign bursts with no agreed goal or access to the client’s revenue data.

Runs on MAI PRO INSIGHTSSEO & AEO/GEOAcquisitionOrganic search plus presence in ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Overviews answers.
Technical SEO, content and authority handled as one, plus answer-engine optimization (AEO/GEO): the question is no longer only whether the client ranks on Google, but whether AI assistants cite their brand when someone asks about the market. MAI BLOG PRO sustains editorial volume without growing the agency’s payroll.
What the squad delivers
- Fix technical SEO: indexing, Core Web Vitals and structured data
- Map and produce content clusters by search intent
- Optimize for AI answers (AEO/GEO) with citable sources
- Monitor rankings, AI citations and weekly opportunities
Right fit
For agencies whose clients’ buyers research before ever talking to sales.
Not a fit
Not for a client who needs results in 30 days and cannot wait for the organic curve.
Request this track as white labelTechnical fixes in 60 days
Runs on MAI BLOG PROContent Marketing & InboundAcquisitionA content funnel that generates pipeline, not just sessions.
Editorial strategy built from the ICP and the real objections of the client’s sales team — not a generic calendar. Every piece has a funnel role, and nurturing runs inside MAI CRM PRO, so consumed content becomes a priority signal for the rep.
What the squad delivers
- Define editorial strategy by ICP and funnel stage
- Produce articles, e-books, newsletters and sales collateral
- Build nurturing journeys triggered by behavior
- Connect content consumption to lead scoring in the CRM
Request this track as white labelRight fit
For agencies with B2B or consultative-sales clients, with long cycles and more than one decision-maker.
Not a fit
Not for impulse-decision products, where content does not shorten the cycle.
Branding & DesignBrandPositioning, identity and design systems that sustain pricing.
A brand platform built on evidence: before the moodboard comes the Digital Presence Dossier, showing what the market already says about the client, how competitors position themselves and where real whitespace exists. The design system delivered can be run by your team — it is not a manual in PDF.
What the squad delivers
- Define brand platform, positioning and value proposition
- Create visual identity and campaign key visuals
- Deliver a design system with components and tokens
- Run rebranding and brand architecture
Right fit
For agencies whose clients are entering a new cycle: repositioning, merger, new market or new category.
Not a fit
Not for one-off artwork for an already-defined campaign.
Request this track as white labelBrand platform in 6–10 weeks
Websites, E-commerce & CROConversionSite and store treated as conversion assets, with continuous CRO.
Building and evolving websites and e-commerce with a performance budget as the acceptance criterion — if a visual effect breaks LCP, the effect goes. The CRO cycle runs on declared hypotheses, A/B tests and revenue readings, and MAI WP PRO keeps Core Web Vitals and security monitored after go-live.
What the squad delivers
- Build a site or landing page against a performance budget
- Deploy and evolve e-commerce
- Run a CRO cycle with A/B tests, heatmaps and research
- Monitor Core Web Vitals and fix technical regressions
Right fit
For agencies whose clients already have traffic and lose revenue on the page, not in the campaign.
Not a fit
Not for a brochure site with no conversion goal or analytics access.

Runs on MAI WP PROData, BI & AnalyticsIntelligenceFrom tracking to incrementality — decisions on data that reconciles with finance.
It starts with the basics almost nobody gets right: tracking implemented and audited, attribution declared and reconciled with the client’s finance. Dashboards come after. MAI PRO INSIGHTS unifies the sources and delivers CAC, LTV, ROAS, margin and profit per campaign in a single panel.
What the squad delivers
- Implement and audit tracking and the attribution layer
- Build real-time executive dashboards
- Measure incrementality with controlled tests
- Reconcile media data with finance revenue and margin
Right fit
For agencies with multichannel clients where nobody can say where revenue came from.
Not a fit
Not for a client who cannot share revenue data — without it there is no profit reading.

Runs on MAI PRO INSIGHTSCRM, Lifecycle & AutomationConversionLeads answered in minutes and a funnel that prioritizes itself.
Funnel design, cadences and prioritization rules, run inside MAI CRM PRO: SDR and Closer agents qualify 24/7, the funnel reorders itself by close probability and the chat coach guides the rep mid-conversation. At the other end of the funnel, retention and repurchase get the same rigor as acquisition.
What the squad delivers
- Design funnel, stages and qualification rules
- Deploy multichannel cadences and lead scoring
- Activate AI SDR and Closer agents under governance
- Run retention, repurchase and reactivation flows
Right fit
For agencies that generate more leads for the client than the client’s sales team can handle well.
Not a fit
Not for a client with no minimum sales process in place: without one, cadences just automate the mess.
Request this track as white labelFunnel and cadences live in 30–45 days
Runs on MAI CRM PROApplied AI for MarketingIntelligenceWe do not resell third-party AI — we put ours inside the client’s operation.
AI agents placed where work is repetitive and measurable: qualification, customer service, content production, analysis. Because MAI owns the code, the agent adapts to the client’s process instead of the process adapting to the software. Governance, decision logs and a cost panel come with it — and MAI DEV PRO clears the development queue.
What the squad delivers
- Map processes with real automation upside
- Deploy AI agents in the operation with auditable logs
- Develop custom automations on MAI’s own codebase
- Define AI governance, cost and privacy policy
Right fit
For agencies whose clients have hit their capacity ceiling and do not want to grow by headcount alone.
Not a fit
Not for anyone who wants to "use AI" with no defined process or agreed success metric.

- 05MAI DEV PRO
On-demand development
The client asked for an integration and the agency has no developer.
MAI DEV PRO puts a squad of AI development agents, led by a tech lead, on the technical projects of your agency’s clients: integrations, automations and custom software. Work happens in staging and reaches the project repository via Pull Request or an automatic commit to staging; production only gets what the agency approves.
Deliverables and fit
What we deliver
- Integrate the Hub solutions with the tools the client already uses
- Build custom automations and features for the client
- Deliver via Pull Request, versioned and auditable, in the project repository
- Work only in staging: nothing reaches production without approval
- Stay within the budget ceiling set for the project
Talk about this serviceRight fit
For agencies that sell projects with a technical side — integration, automation, custom websites — and have no developer on the team.
Not a fit
Not for projects with no repository or staging environment: that is where the squad works, with approval at every step.
Maturity model
What level is your agency at today?
Find the row that describes your agency. The first step with MAI is on the same row.
| Level | How you recognize it | First step with MAI |
|---|---|---|
| 1 · Handcrafted | Everything is done by hand, and every client comes with its own tool. | Free diagnosis: the Digital Presence Dossier |
| 2 · Tool-heavy | Several tools per client, none integrated: the team ends up as the bridge between them. | Partner Silver and per-client implementation |
| 3 · Integrated | Client data is centralized, but every deliverable still eats up the team’s hours. | Margin consulting (MAI Method) |
| 4 · Scalable | Automated deliverables and a predictable margin — but revenue is still only billed hours. | Per-client licensing and the MAI Academy sales track |
| 5 · AI hub | The agency runs on an AI Hub: it licenses solutions and has recurring revenue beyond billed hours. | On-demand development (MAI DEV PRO) for what the Hub does not cover yet |

No spin: the questions agency owners ask
I’ll lose control of the client.
The client stays yours: relationship, contract and conversation belong to the agency. The specialist works with your team, behind the scenes, and leaves when the delivery is done.
The client will find out it wasn’t me.
With white label execution, the work goes out under your agency’s brand and MAI does not appear. With licensed solutions, you know what the client will see before you license: white label already exists on MAI CS PRO and on the WP Agency plan of MAI WP PRO.
My team hasn’t mastered AI.
It doesn’t need to in order to start: the specialist implements alongside it and the MAI Academy trains the team by role until it runs things on its own.
I don’t know how to charge for this.
Margin consulting is precisely about pricing: per deliverable, per hour and per client license. And the MAI Academy sales track teaches you to sell AI to your client.
I don’t want yet another vendor.
MAI comes in to shorten the list, not to lengthen it: the Hub solutions replace separate per-client subscriptions, and the specialists are the same MAI that runs the technology.
Proof
What is written in the contract.
A service promise is worth what the contract says. These items are in it.
Named point of contact
One lead accountable for timeline, scope and escalation. Your team does not talk to four people to solve one thing.
Scope and timeline in writing
Every service starts with scope, deliverables and timeline set in the contract, before the kick-off.
Monthly contract, no penalty
White label execution with no minimum term. You give notice, and MAI organizes the exit.
What belongs to the agency stays with the agency
The clients’ accounts, data, creatives and documentation stay with the agency, and the handover is part of the contract.
Diagnosis before the proposal
The Digital Presence Dossier comes before any proposal, at no cost.

FAQ
How the specialists work day to day.
How does the free diagnosis work in practice?
You enter the domain — your agency’s or one of your clients’ — and the MAI Hub’s AI agents crawl the site page by page, plus news, blogs, forums, social networks, the brand’s citations in ChatGPT and Gemini, and competitors. The output is the Digital Presence Dossier in PDF, with a prioritized action plan and evidence and a source for each point. It is limited to one per company every 30 days.
Can I hire just one service?
You can. Each service is hired separately: one implementation, one white label track, one MAI Academy program. White label execution is monthly, with no lock-in.
What happens in the first week?
Kick-off with your team and the named point of contact, a map of the clients who go first, access granted and alignment on the scope that goes into the contract. Nothing goes live for the client before the data is trustworthy.
What exactly does AI do, and what is still done by people?
AI takes on the repetitive and measurable: data sweeps, lead qualification, first-line customer service, content drafts, campaign anomaly detection. Strategy, creativity, negotiation and budget decisions stay with senior people — with an auditable log of everything the agent did.
What does the agency need to provide for work to start?
Access to the client accounts in scope, one person on your side with decision authority, and one hour of calendar time every two weeks. For margin consulting, the agency’s own numbers: revenue and hours per client.
How do I follow execution day to day?
On the panel open 24/7, with progress for each client and each track, plus the squad’s task board. You don’t have to ask for status — it is already on screen.
